[TOOL]Reactivate FREEROAM chat

Tool to reactivate free roam chat.

1.Extract wherever you want
2.Start the .exe and press TAB after that
3.Go in game and type /JOIN EN1
thats basically it.

If your having problems,enable brain.exe

You can do any channel you want,as i tried on EN67 With some friends.
