How to gain your achievement"Enemy of the State" with H.D.W multihack

this is a simple step to get achievement "Enemy of the State"

turn on HDW multihack and choose to scan TANK MODE, HEAT LVL 5, NO SPIKES, FINISH PURSUIT, NEVER BUSTED, and AUTOPILOT.

-first,Go to SP any pursuit outrun

-turn on TANK MODE, HEAT LVL 5,NO SPIKES,AUTOPILOT,NEVER BUSTED.

-lets gain your cost to state

-if you think want to end the pursuit, turn on the finish pursuit

maybe its can works for you, i just only sharing

Or just turn on the crazy spin and never busted and you make money and air time for the airtime achievement
When you turn on the crazy press on your keyboard left or right and you will do fine.
