Free Gifts?

Hey i recently made the switch and started playing on a new E-mail and Apex-US sever and everytime i log in to my launcher i get a free gift. I have gotten 2 license plates and a gold X neon like 5 seconds ago. Is this a bug or does everyone get these because i have not gotten thses on my CHICANE account at all.
