Yeah, i've got the same problem. I earned about 800AP and then i wanted to exchange this into 1500SB. But it says that i must create a charakter before i can redeem my SB.
What did you do tdx to get it working ?

make sure you have a driver account on your profile. Then got to world.needforspeed.com, login there and press buy speedboost, it will redirect you to aeriagames and then you should be able to buy SB

How did you all got the ap points? what country? i only got 37 points and when i try other offerts, complete them and i dont receive the ap points. How to get it working?
