Both are the same. GT2 looks better as it's a road car and GT3 RS a track car.

i would say GT2 because it better than the GT3 rs you get a race tuned GT2 and GT3 rs the GT2 will kick two ***** out of the GT3 rs

as a Beta player and a ex-dev I recommend the GT3 RS(only ultra tunned), between basic GT2 and GT3, the GT2 is a LITTLE better, but after you put some ultra parts, GT3 will beat every single car in the game. BUT another recommendation is to wait until Car classes, when they will add the Noble(future game king).
PS: I won't respond to stupid questions about the "ex-dev"
