follow these steps to get cheap boost for old account:
1. log out of your need for speed world account.
2. go to with any browser.
3. change country to RUSSIA and save then log out.
4. log in to your need fo speed world account with any browser then go to speed boost store and check the prices.
5.(IMPORTANT) log in to your need for speed world account with IE browser the go to boost store and voalla 400 rub for 50k boost.

IT DOESNT WORK ...i think that if you never BUYED BOOST ... it show you 400RUB and it doesnt matter how OLD is your account i think this is a first time offer or something like that....
