Minecraft fps.

So i search everywhere,try everything with Task Manager,game boosters,nvidia settings,optifine,like LITERALY EVERYTHING and nothing helps.
Anyone knows a way to get higher fps,atleast on normal graphics...
Im running it on a pretty stable laptop,I accidentally reinstalled it and the lag appeared....
P.S: Didnt know where to post it,hope its the right place.

Laptop,Acer Aspire 5750G
Intel i3-2310M(2x.2.1)
Nvidia GeForce GT 520M (1gb)
4gb DDR3 Memory
ps:i played the game with no problems sometime ago(1.6.4 i think) and then with couple of friends,we decided to switch to 1.7.2 and i think then the lag started,but i dont think the version is the problem...

Sorry, I don't know how to help you, if you tried everything like optifine or gamebooster.
