Hol dir Single Player Commands (mod).
Klick ingame auf T (oder wo immer du auch dein Chat taste hast).
Gib ein:
no firedamage oder
nofiredamage eins von den beiden muss es sein.

WorldGuard (gegebenenfalls WorldEdit auch) (Bukkit + hmod)
dann in den Einstellungsdateien kann man einstellen ob man Schaden erhählt wenn man lava springt oder wenn man irgendwo weit runter fällt

Das ist schwer wenn man nicht perfekt english kann und in youtube habe ich nichts gefunden egaal habs schon
