Wenn dann dauert es 2-3 Tage verscheinlich, so sind leider die ausländischen Hoster.

Server soll "bald" wieder online kommen.

Gegen die Störung vom Hoster kann man nichts machen, zudem sind mehrere P-Server davon betroffen also hatet nicht.

Geht raus, es ist schönes Wetter!

Statement 28.03.2017

Hallo liebe Community,

wie ihr sicherlich gemerkt habt, war der Server seit heute früh ca. 05:00 Uhr nicht mehr zu erreichen.
Dies lag in erster Linie an einem Netzwerkproblem von unserem Hoster OVH. Dieser hatte einen großen DDoS-Angriff auf seine Netzwerk-Infrastruktur, welcher auch Auswirkungen auf unseren Game-Server hatte. Somit war dieser für niemanden mehr erreichbar. Es wurde bereits in der früh versucht, dieses Problem in den Griff zu bekommen, jedoch waren unsere Hände gebunden.

Das Statement seitens des Hosters:

Leider ist es zum Absturz unseres dedizierten Servers gekommen. Durch diesen Absturz ist unsere Datenbank beschädigt worden, welche wir nicht vollständig wiederherstellen konnten. Wir haben daher ein Backup von gestern, 27. März 2017 23:18 Uhr, aufgespielt. Der Spielstand, der danach erreicht wurde, ist leider nicht mehr wiederherstellbar. Wir bitten um euer Verständnis, aber das war leider nicht vorhersehbar.

Außerdem arbeiten wir weiterhin an den Channel- und Map-Problemen.

Es wird bald ein Entschädigungsevent geben! Informationen dazu folgen.

Dear community,

due to technicial issues our hosting provider recently had the game server was not reachable since 05:00am today.
This can be traced down to problems of the network of the hosting provider OVH. Last night, they received a massive DDoS attack which affected wide ranges of their servers and network - including our game server. That's why it was not reachable for you. We already investigated the problem and tried to fix it since the early morning but we couldn't do anything.

The statement of the hoster:

There is another sad message. Our server crashed which caused irreparable errors in our database which failed to get recovered. Due to these issues we had to upload a backup of 27th of march 2017 11:18pm. Everything you did afterwards is now lost. We feel very sorry for that!

Furthermore, we are still investigating channel and map problems.

We will start a compensation event soon! Informations coming soon.
