Few people actually start a international server as it's much harder than starting a local one. You have to support and promote in dozens of countries / languages, multiplying the work. Native english speakers who play metin2 are rare.

What most do is put a language changer on it and make an english presentation and call it "international", but in reality they are not, in the sense that most players will be from their own country.
