Logo text are included in 3 files index.php reg.php rank.php
to change your Logo Text open file for example index.php (notepad ++)
go to line 60

Open style.css (notepad ++)
Go to line 663
section:

  margin:0;
  color: #D2E8EE !important;
}

here you add yor favourite Font

 font-family:Here add Font Name, Helvetica, Sans-Serif;

Other way is to delete text logo " line 60 (index.php reg.php rank.php)
and edit file

images/header.jpg

in your favourite Graphics Program (GIMP/Photoshop etc.)

You can use HTML program (web editor) like Kompozer ,Nvu ,Bluefish etc..
But first u need to change extension php->html
example:
you need to change main text so:
1.change index.php -> index.html
2.Open index.html in Kompozer or other web editor
3.Simply change your text.

Other way is change text in notepad ++ ,just it takes longer
