there's a problem with export function! it doesn't export height items! it exports only collision items, i tryed to import original m2 mdatr and to export it, but it exports the original ones. only my brand new height items were not imported!
i know this is an old thread but i hope that someone can help me!

You have to convert the heightPlanes to Edit Mesh!
