GM problem

guys i have a problem making my friends gm i put theis ip adrress where it says about the ip
i am not puting in .100 their normal hamachi ip i need help thanks

Ehm...Did U Done THose Steps ? :

1. Connect With NaviCat
2. Create A New Account
3. Login With This Acc And Create A Char
4. Go Back To NaviCat And Open Gm-List
5. Create A New Gm-Account And
6. Reboot Ur Server
