How can i set up my won private server?

also,can i play metin2 offline (to play only me)??

i searched in pservers guide but it's very difficult.

You mean, you wanna play Metin2.
On your own Server, but in Offline mode?
Oh, just leave all settings in Virtual PC and reboot.
You have to write this ip into mc.txt :
192.168.2.100

Fine, now you have your own " localhost " - Server
