[HELP]Connection Refused!! O.o

Hey Guy
I had a hamachi private server, it was working but now it show me all time connection refused i wrote all IP's correct and and DELETED! it and installed it again but the same thing i don't know what the problem is + i deleted hamachi and installed it again but nothing changes.
i repaired the DB's too and NOTHING!. so the problem is with my pc maybe??
So i need your help please!!

Do you anything changed in Filezilla?
