Hatte das auch mal und hab lange "geforscht" und was gefunden!
Nur war ich so doof und hab's mir nicht aufgeschrieben.
Ich denke mal :
# "config" bisschen umändern. ( Auflösunge etc. )
# Treiber aktualisieren
Du gehst auf Systemsteuerung -> Geräte-Manager -> Grafikkarte -> rechtsklick -> Treiber aktualiesieren.
# Treiber neuinstallieren.
falls mir was einfällt editiere ich noch

You should also check to see if your hardware acceleration is set to full. Follow these steps to to change it. Click -> "Start Menu" and goto -> "Control Panel" then select -> "Display" then select -> "Settings" tab, then click -> "Advanced" button. In there click the "Troubleshoot" tab and set "Hardware Acceleration" to full. That should fix the problem.
