3DS Max Problem with Animation

Hi
I do often some models to Metin2 in 3ds max but when I try to do animation on model I have a problem. When I add model with animation to client and then start client, on end a loding shuts down client and I get error.



Can someone help me please?
And sorry for my bad english..

Maybe bad export or bad oversampling I dont know..
