Beschwerde über Xertonia ( Ich bin sauer )

Hallo ich habe an euch mal eine frage. ich bin sehr sauer auf Xertonia es kann nicht sein das ich in mein Account nicht rein komme. ich möchte PW vergessen gehen und meine Email solls nicht geben,

Das kann nicht sein den ich war gestern noch drin weil ich 24 Euro auf den acc hochgeladen habe ich wollte mir grade ein root kaufen und es kann einfach nicht sein das sowas passiert es kann nur sein das der account gebannt oder gelöscht wurde. Sonst würde die Email ja trz so sein das ich das passwort ändern könnte.

Ich finde das so eine frech heit von euch ( Xertonia angesprochen )
Wenn dann möchte ich eine erklärung haben.

Support habe ich angeschrieben und ja ich warte 2 tage ab.

This may not be the yesterday I was still in there because I have uploaded 24 euros on the acc I wanted to just buy a root and it just can not be that something happens it can only be that the account has been banned or deleted. Otherwise, the email would be yes trz so I could change the password.

If I want to have a return.

1. glaub ich kaum das Xertonia das juckt und
2. hat es in der Metin2 Section nichts zu suchen.

Versuch dein Glück mal in der dafür vorgesehenen Section, ich denke da hilft man dir eher weiter.

Solche Threads sind hier nicht gerne gesehen. Dafür gibt es extra ein Xertonia-Forum wo man sich beschweren kann. Zudem kann man da auch noch die Xertonia-Arbeiter kontaktieren.
