2PROBLEMS] guild war, and chat gm-player

Hello Elite PvPers community, i have 2 problems:

1:My problem is in guild war quest, when i try to join in guild war, it dont teleport me in map of guild war. So i thought the problem was in Map Allow, and i added map in game99, channel1, Channel2 and try war.. but the guild war letter dont work, so i tried to make a npc teleport for guild war map... and it works! I get in the map for 1 second, then i get teleported in map 1...

so i think te problem is in guild war quest. I use the server file:2010


2:Can anyone say me how to fix the bug chat(Players dont receive the gm private message in game..?
