Port problem?

Hello,
I've recently got access to my router and wanted to make a metin2 server,
I will give all the possible information to whoever wants to help me out
Server files: By raven
Ram allocated: 1024
Adapter: Intel 82578 Gigabit network connection
Pc specs:
I5 760
4 gb ddr3
I will explain what i did step by step, and will attach pictures
1. Started the server
2. Logged in, sysinstall and entered de0
3. Host: .localhost
Domain: localhost
Ipv4 Gateway: 192.168.0.169
Name Server: 4.2.2.3
Ipv4 Address: 192.168.0.100
netmask: 255.255.255.0
4. Configured portmap with all the ips of Ipv4
5. Forwarded the ports with protocol UDP and TCP(Both)
6. Started the ports in portmap
7. Started the server
8. I've found some connect: Operation timed out above the location they were supposed to be in.
9. Used my public ip on a client with mc.txt
10. Failed to login

you want to make an homeroot ? or just an hamachi server ?
if hamachi, then adapter must be hamachi.

netmask: 255.255.255.0 must be 255.0.0.0 ??

take my portmap.ini =) chance the ip^^

I don't want a hamachi server, what's homeroot? Can i have a link for proper explanation?
