This bug works with all scrolls like : *** Change Scroll, Skill Reset Scroll, Stats Reset Scroll, Change Kingdom Scroll.

SIMPLE SOLUTION :

Example : Soul Stone cost 5KK in NPC or from Players. In NPC these scrolls 10-20KK.
