download charles.... its just like fiddler2...
just record the process.. then find "http://cdn.ph.sf.garenanow.com/elsword/"
then download this "http://www.mediafire.com/view/3mohg40xk12af3e/checkkom.xml"
the right click the "checkkom.xml" choose map local then add the file you downloaded
Do the same thing in patchinfo ..
and now your done it will skip the update
