Not sure but scan by Ikarus and said there is a trojan-dropper

Umm so yea the error I get is
"The Application Failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application"
I dont know if this is a virus, I dont care. If it is Ill delete the virus or clean out my computer, I want to test it.
Ive gotten this error before with other programs, I just dont remember how I fixed them
