Welcome to the European Hellgate: London Beta Test!

Hey there! If you're receiving this email, that means one of two things:

1. You've pre-ordered Hellgate: London from one of the participating European retailers and redeemed your a beta account on the US Beta test before 6PM October 23 PDT. If this is the case, than your account information (username/password) will work on the European server as well. Also, your Dye Kit and Founders Offer is already tied to both your US and EU account, so there is no need to redeem your pre-order code again.

Note: If you have not redeemed your pre-order code yet, DO NOT LOSE IT. Any US or EU Beta accounts created from now on will need to have the code entered to have access to the Dye Kit and Founders Offer at launch.

2. You are part of the US Beta test, but did not pre-order Hellgate: London from a participating European retailer. In this case, you will need to click the link below to create a European account. Once that's done, you can log onto the European server and begin playing.


European Beta FAQ

Q: Why do I have to create a European account?

A: Well, you don't have to, but we're trying to run a few tests. The more people that play on the European server, the better our test results will be. Plus, you get to reserve your European account name before the general public!

Q: How long does the European Beta last?

A: The European Beta will end this Saturday, October 27.

Q: Do I need to download the game again?

A: Nope. After creating an account in Europe (using this invite), just select the European server from the server list, log in with your new European account and start playing!

Q: My login won't work on the EU site! Help!

A: Remember that both the EU and US sites/game servers have dedicated accounts. Please make sure you're using the correct one.

Q: Where are all of my characters?

A: Your US and EU accounts are completely different, so you'll need to create new ones. You cannot use a US character on an EU server, and vice versa.

auf meinen anderen mail accounts hab ich denn link auch, hab insgesamt 4 Beta Accs :P
