Is PayPal safe to recieve money or will people get refunded

Ask the buyer to send the money as a gift. That way, he can't chargeback if he ever decides to change his mind in the future.

Write a support ticket: "My Account was hacked and someone send themselve Money as gift" then the support will chargeback the transaction

I've heard about that, but apparently it only works once.

Accept money only by gift and in note sender should write for : online gaming goods. And paypal will be on your side because they cant do nothing if its not real item.
