How do i link a thread to an image?

For some reason i can't figure it out ... lol. I'm not sure if this is the right section, but it's the best section i could find, if it isn't please direct me to the right area. Anyways the title says it all, how do i link a thread on elitepvpers to an image in my signature or thread?
