screen turns gray but game still works..

any idea what might cause this?

in middle of dungeon.. i open task manager..close firefox...then mabinogi screen turned gray..

but i still here the background, and i can press skill buttons..help plz

i am able to reproduce the same gray screen by opening mabi in window mode, minimize it... open task manager. minimize task manager... then mabi would turn gray again..

your graphic card cant handle the interface.
recommendation: dont minimize mabi.

its the administrator-allowance popup that causes this, if it pops up in any of those steps and your on vista XD

Both are wrong.

Best thing I can tell you to do is avoid closing and opening anything that will take more memory than Mabinogi.[This includes adding on to closing/opening a program e.g. another game, firefox(High res pics ect), videos(Youtube, veoh, hulu, pronz)]

It happens to me too, and my computer specs are able to run Aion on full settings with 200 people around me. =P

i mean i used to have that issue. i upgraded my card and WAHBAM! i didnt get it anymore.
