Opening things while dead

Can anyone here open windows while dead? It is a ijl15 mod and i want to know how.
I'm not a complete modding nube if you think that.
People can still do it, i just wish i could. If you have an file with it plz post it ive tried Ranmox's but it didn't work for me.
