As for the ******** part. I don't recommend that reforge. People are kind of suspicious when mysterious reforges show up.

elemental are still the best reforge because it does a multiplier for your weapons for damage increase
ice/fire/lightning 6 > smash, wm or max damage reforge
the screw you was more aimed to all those people spamming posts and comments.
