Low Level but high damage?
I saw someone with 400cp doing 1000 arrowshots, 400 punches, 2000crits... how is this possible?
NO -CP Gear was involved .

If it was a duel, then it was most likely a damage mod (Packet).

its Idaisama, he has 100prot, and he can trans into a pally too  , and last but not least, his damage range is 500
|

The end result is persistent, meaning once you do it once there's no going back.
So, even after it's patched you can still see people doing it.
