MabiPake error code

I have Alissa, MabiPake and a hotate Control program that a friend of mine told me to download.

On the control program I get an error, and I have no idea what it means. Any help? This error also makes it so that my mabinogi does not load (It stays on a white screen).

1. Remove those useless files, you have no use for them
2. Run Mabinogi again
