This isn't some sort of joke is it? I'm training throwing attack now and the 25 second cooldown is making it take FOREVER...just got r4 about 10 minutse ago. Can you PM me in the right direction of making this edit? Where I need to start looking?

The mod doesn't lower any cool-downs, it simply replaces throwing attack with charge so you can ctrl+click spam it during PvP and Battle. The mod will only work if you have "ChargeWithAnything" enabled, as you cannot normally charge with Atlatls.

I am currently working on making the patcher conflict-free so that it can be used alongside Gerent, Dragon Patch and Rhapsody.

It doesn't sound too far-fetched to me. These are all possible with simple/semi-complex dll edits.
