Please read the original post and stop calling it Elf "Lag" fix. I corrected myself, it's not fixing the lag the correct name would be "Elf to Human range"

ya i tryed this all it does is make them aim like human ar. it didnt fix any lag from falcon trans

Your Offtopic question, have you TRIED? Wouldn't that make the answer obvious?
Start up CE. Click the little computer button. Click Client.exe, now you've attached it. Did CE crash? Nope. Did Mabi crash? Nope. Obviously, you CAN attach it...
Now... the question you MEANT to ask... heh... you'll need a bypass if you want to use CE for more than a few minutes, yeah.

It always will work, the ability to disable moving aim for elves. This is slightly a downfall, some some people still prefer it over the elf lag... but... I'll just tell you a short cut to aldeel's JMP spam method. Provided you know where Aldeel's edit is. (Enable moving aim in standard.dll) and in the line that says MOV AL,1 change that to MOV AL,0
