it recasts the skill until you get the amount of chains you want (if your rank allows, or else it will just recast indefinitely)

nonon, you set it to 1 OR 2 OR 3 OR 4. 1 is when u want it to chain cylinder once. 2 is twice and so on...

he's saying that even if he tries 1, or 2, or 3, or 4, it simply never stops cancelling the charges. the same error happens to me. I believe this has been patched, so someone will need to release a new one.
