Hi what ways of farming fastest exp/money at lvl 78 u guys know? ( retail server, no private )

I have cov/pof/pow if needet
also 78 titan with top gear
78 BD with top gear
78 sws with top gear
78 bishop with top gear

I dont mean something like hunt pagan for EWS, im more likley after special hints, like Farm windstones from shades ( this is baaaaaad drop rate )
or Farm stones in Hellbound, if anyone have a hint, let me know please
Someone said he can farm 50 - 100 mil adena in an hour , but he wont tell how

Fullbuff the titan, get rsk.haste dagger, and use frenzy/zealot/otb 24/7.
With this you can go: deep IT, TOI, LairOfValakas, catacombs etc...

Thats what i do atm ofc ( toi is darkblue, IT is bad exp/money and some reflect damage mobs , catacombs is bad cuz cant make big trains anymore )
Fog isnt as good anymore also as before since mobs run back to rooms after u passed em , also none of those is alot of money, did everyone ever try to do HB in a non perfect 9 man grp? or something else that brings alot of money?
