First of all i need to say that he is giving every account with the Founder Email , Birthday Date etc. So if something happens with the account you can proof the Riot Support that its your own account.
I bought a lot of Accounts and never i got all this datas which are very good to have.
The Account that i got was clean with 25.000 IP and the Free Chest with a Skin.
