As far i know riot delete all those account and admin use normal account too, so is 100% scam.

I don't know whether OP is trusted and/or has a Riot account or not, but I can guarantee you, these Riot accounts exists. I once had one too, it had every skin unlocked as well as 500k RP and 500k IP. It had every rune, 20 rune pages and every Icon which were released at the time of the account creation.

Again: This does not mean I trust the user, I just wanted to verify that these accounts exist.

It's not a pbe account. They just aren't in ragnarök anymore so they're tryna sell their accounts. Pretty sad : - S The accounts will get deleted pretty soon so take care : - )
