Skins: Skins are not a priority to me, I don't need skins they're more of just an add on. By saying that I would prefer not to have skins.
Runes: I would like to have ad/as/ap runes.
Level/Rank: Level 30 obviously, rank also doesn't matter to me, so I'd prefer bronze or unranked.
Champion Masteries: This also doesn't matter to me as I will be playing the champs and be able to get the masteries on my own.
Server: North American
IP/RP: I would like 5000+ IP to be able to buy any other champs or runes that I may want. I would like 590 RP. (the RP can definitely be negotiated)
Rune Pages: 2-4 rune pages is all I need.
Loot/Materials: I would like to have 500+ blue and orange essence, No shards needed. Chests and keys are a nice add on, but again not manditory.
Summoner Icons: Icons are pretty much useless to me, so it doesn't matter if there are any exclusive ones or if there's none.
How much I'm willing to pay: I'm willing to pay at most $25. Price can also be negotiated
