They are inactive, it means riot banned them because they are suspicious.
Why none of the accounts I sell face this issue?
You are selling hacked accounts or something? Please don't do this type of dirty things, just make the account yourself from Riot legally and sell.
People lose money because they buy from you.
Do something better.

Listen dude, I don't know you and I don't want to. I'm not selling cracked accounts, simply really old accounts I have. Mind you own business and come teach me lessons when your -1 tbm is a 0.
