Looking for the best possible LoL account for a maximum price of 70€. Will pay via Paypal and I will only trade with 100+ TBM and not new accounts. Give me your best offers down below, not in PM. Account need to be on EUW!

EDIT: I prefer a lot of champions over skins. Also prefer if the account has been a high elo before, current elo doesn't matter.
