The Account should have some Champions Around 20/30.
Rune's should be AP&AD.
I dont mind if there are any Skins or anything i only will pay for the Account and not for the skins...
I dont mind either what elo is got.


Also you can offer me a unranked account with enough IP to buy 16 Champions + AP&AD Runes.
