I need help with an account, currently stuck at 1100MMR (mere speculations of websites) in normals. I tried but I can't carry it for hell.

Seeking for technically MMR boost, but a smooth one so Riot doesn't find out. First you'll look up on stats I've made (which suck really bad , the funny part is that I'm Gold III on main), and try to smoothly go:

Current stats -> Improved stats -> Good stats -> Full on.

I think about 16 wins, would be great, anybody on it?
