Out of curiosity what is the difference between a rioter account and a regular one? feel free to pm me also how much you are asking for the first account

riot account=riot made it, it might be for testing or for their employees, if you play there might be risks involved, they might ban it. regular accounts=regular accounts created by player

it really depends actually, if theres someone(probably riot employees or staff) playing on the account atm and you use it, chances are account will be gone the second day. if account has been inactive for a while there is a chance that account has been forgotten, and in that case it will be safe to use.

It does not depend. In my experience with these accounts(have dealt with these for along time) they have never been recovered or used by the rioters who created them. And remember rioters do not care about these accounts, they are rioters...They can create another one
