Is it possible to buy an account that got a verified mail without getting scammed and the scammer talk with Riot Support for recovery after he have gave you full access to the account?

EDIT; How about amazon? Paysafecard? Paypal? Refund in some way if I get scammed?

EDIT2; Ok pp dispute is 60 days, he can just scam me the 61day so pp isnt safe i guess.

If the email is verified, that person can take back the account whenever he wants. It takes literally seconds to recover

So even if I dont get the verified mail with user and password from the owner I cant even have full access to the account and recovery cannot be done from the seller?

why would you even want one account with verified email? lol i have many where u can just change it to your email if u want buy any click my signature and check my shop
