There's actually still a method to use codes if you have the card with the code on - this worked for me a few weeks ago.

I got all the cs skins from the Korean event. Search for something like that maybe you'll find someone

buy it from someone with an unused card, and then get them to write your summoner name on it and send a pic of it to you with the code showing. then, send it to riot games support. riot will credit your account with csriven
