I really really doubt u'll get one for 16 EUR', Some people sell 25k IP unverified accounts for 40 EUR , ofcourse that's the highest price, but 50k for 16? lol.

thats not true- ive seen many selling it for 16 Euro. The most expensive are around 20 Euro. And there are the ones with 25 Euro.
Here in epvp ppl are beeing ripped off with those overpriced acc.
