Service duties

1.1 No refunds/exchanges if you want to return the account you just bought, unless I agree.
1.2 You buy the account "as is", just ask me if you need to know something.
1.3 Unranked means its unranked, it might have played a few placement games, or it might have not. Contact me about this for more details about a specific account.
1.4 Runes could be good, could be bad, I am not responsible for this. Please ask for the runes if needed, I need to check them manually so it might take some time.

Customer duties

2.1 If you, the customer, lose the account by your own actions, then I may decide for my self if I will or will not refund you.
2.2 If you, the customer, decide to chargeback after purchase, then I will do all that is within my power to bring the account down you just bought.
2.3 If you, the customer, lose the account by any action but your own, I will personally give you a replacement, that compensates the account and effort put in by the user. Or I will grant you a full refund. I decide between these two options.
2.4 If you, the customer, get banned on the account you just purchased by your own actions, you will not be eligible for a replacement nor refund.
