Basicly , you are gonna tell me the requirements for account,and your offer, im gonna find the same/closest account , tell you infos and you are gonna decide whichever you want it or not.
If you end up wanting it , next thing is price,as we discuss the price ( You,me & Seller ) ,the only next thing left is the trade.
