[Buying] EU Acc with lot of champs cheap

I'm looking for an LoL account on any EU server (EUW or EUNE) with as much as possible champions for reasonable amount of money.
I don't care much about skins, rank or rune pages...
If you have 70 or more champs (I personally prefer mid/adc champions) I won't mind if the account is Bronze 5 and has no skins..

I'm not going to buy account that would be more expensive than 30$/20 euros.
The only was I can pay you is PSC or PayPal in case of really cheap price (~10$).

Do you have such account? Looking for further informations?

Additional information:
Because I live in Czech Republic I have kind of problem with these PSC payments because we have different currency in my country so there may be some fee that I can't do anything about, feel free to ask me about it..

They are unranked & level 30 . So you can choose Runes & Champs

Oh I see, but that's not really what I'm looking for, I'm sorry, but I need account with a huge amount of champions and I could get like 20 for 50kIP.. I want something like account that somebody played on for a year and then they decided they will make new account instead so they sell the old account cheap..
