2. If RAF goes down before refs are done, you get refunded.

To avoid being scammed in the future, look at how many TBM ratings the user has. Also when they joined the forums. This guy for example only joined this month, hardly any posts and stuff, you shouldn't really go first unless they have some trustworthy vouches. This kinda stuff to me seems so obvious but I guess to other people its not and guys like him get away with easy money...
